1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of SalonScaleDubai.com and services supplied by Pouya payam Personal Shopping Services CO. L.L.C S.O.C, registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Salon Scale Dubai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

A written proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement may include project-specific terms. If those terms conflict with these general Terms, the project-specific written terms control for that project.

2. Services and Scope

We provide website design, development, optimization, and related digital services for beauty and salon businesses. The exact deliverables, price, revision allowance, support period, and exclusions are defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fee.

3. Prices and Payment

• Website prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise.
• Payment amounts, stages, due dates, and accepted methods are confirmed in the applicable proposal or invoice.
• Work begins after we receive the required payment and project materials specified in writing.
• Third-party fees, renewals, licenses, domains, hosting, or paid services are included only when expressly stated.

4. Timelines and Client Delays

Any 7–14 day delivery period shown on the website is an estimate for qualifying packages, not a guarantee. The timeline begins after the agreed payment and all required content, access, and approvals are received. Delayed materials, feedback, approvals, or third-party access may extend delivery dates.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate information on time.
• Review work and provide consolidated feedback promptly.
• Confirm that supplied text, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials may lawfully be used for the project.
• Maintain credentials, accounts, and third-party subscriptions assigned to the client after handover.

6. Revisions and Changes

Included revisions are limited to the amount and type stated in the project scope. New pages, major redesigns, rebranding, replacement content, new integrations, or changes requested after approval may be quoted separately.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless applicable law or written project-specific terms require otherwise, amounts attributable to completed work, reserved project time, purchased third-party items, or delivered digital services are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

After full payment, the client receives the rights to final project deliverables described in the written agreement. Our pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, and know-how remain ours. Fonts, software, stock assets, plugins, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

We may identify and display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality or different portfolio terms are agreed in writing.

9. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Hosting, domain registration, messaging, maps, search platforms, payment services, plugins, and other external services are operated by third parties. Their availability, policies, prices, and technical behavior are outside our control. Renewal and maintenance services are included only when agreed in writing.

10. Results, Warranties, and Availability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Business performance depends on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee a particular number of bookings, enquiries, sales, search rankings, or financial return. The website and any demos are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost data, search-ranking changes, or failures caused by a client or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may pause or terminate services for material non-payment, unlawful use, abusive conduct, or a serious breach of agreed terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts or authorities with competent jurisdiction, unless a written project agreement specifies another lawful dispute-resolution process.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown above and do not retroactively replace signed project-specific terms.
